We purchased a new moped from MopedU for our daughter when she became a student at the University of Arkansas, and they met us after hours that day because we were from out of state and had limited time in town. They spent extra time giving her a tutorial on how to operate it, and when issues have come up that needed addressing, they have been responsive, helpful and and worked around our daughter's schedule to pick and deliver the moped after servicing.
